DAMN IT, WHY!!!!
it has been nearly a sem in CUCMS doing medicine and i have to admit that it is not the easiest course there is to offer.it requires a lot memorizing, understanding, concept, creativity and much more. my story…
studying is not a major factor why some of us failed our exams. many drop outs claim to study twice as much as the excellent ones. hours of studying will not give you a confirm ticket of PASSING the tests, getting an A is another story.books after books, they never seem to satisfy!…DAMN IT, WHY!!!!!
a senior in my college happens to be a top scorer when it comes to exams. when asked, he said he does not study that much. his friends all clain to have never seen him studying except during the night before the exam. is he different? did God made him a human meant for this proffesion? is his brain bigger then ours?…NO…DAMN IT, WHY!!!!!
being in a society where knowledge is KING, makes me wonder. y can’t i score as good as they are? i have been going around, asking for some tips. they all replied the same thing: the time will come, be strong. it’s the best answer i must accept for there is no other tips to be given…DAMN IT, WHY!!!!
im posting this blog as my way of pleading…please, smack me in the head and tell me straight to my face…why can’t i score like you guys do…DAMN IT, WHY!!!!!

Increase ur IPSP…more concentration while studying…get rid of all distractions…know when to switch off…it is time to switch off ur music when u r more singing n dancing rather than reading books…more effort…and more confidence in ur own ability…may the force be with u mate =)

dearest, u may only know ur solution when u know ur problem. find ur problems, get rid of them(even if its me), then only u r able to do ur best. good luck to u!

i think its bcause eventhough we study it doesnt mean it goes into our head RIGHT?
so tht senior of urs study the night b4 the exam probably bcoz he could remember the stuff he reads better if he read it the night b4….

Agreed…we have to know whats our purpose in becoming a doctor..prestige?high social status? glamour?…there is more to it as a doctor…remember wht did prof Latif told us? U can be as low as taking out feces from patients colon with our hands…know ur mission…get some motivation that can keep u going..if u need me, im juz 5 steps away…hahaha
